Adult worm recovery after Smp38 knockdown in vitro and subsequent injection of parasites into mice. Schistosomula were treated with unspecific, Smp38.1, and Smp38.2 dsRNAs for 4 days and then injected into mice. After 40 days, mice were perfused, adult worms were recovered and counted.
