Graphical representations of integrated taxonomy analysis performed by MGCOMP, containing a two-level grouping of all identified genera. Different clusters A, B, C, and D as well as their subclusters, represented as dark blue circles, are composed of different numbers of samples and contain different amounts of core (i.e., present in all first level groupings), exclusive (i.e., occurrence restricted to first level grouping) and neutral (others) genera.
